G-Force Reloaded with Philipp Hartmann
October 22, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
G-FORCE Meetup is back with new fantastic perks for those who dare to come and share their idea to get brutally honest feedback.
G-FORCE RELOADED is a unique opportunity for young founders and aspiring entrepreneurs to step up and fight for their startup. You’ll be put in the spotlight in front of an audience and given 5 minutes to pitch your company or your idea – but this isn’t a normal pitch.
You’re not doing it for money to investors – you’re in front of a crowd that’s ready to expose all the cracks in your pitch, your product, and your idea.
Just to sweeten the deal, we’ll have a successful entrepreneur who has been around the block to watch your pitch and offer his or her feedback.
For this G-FORCE we got you Philipp Hartmann!
Philipp Hartmann is a successful serial entrepreneur and investor from Berlin, Germany. Back in 2004 he gained first experiences in the digital industry by working at Jamba! AG. While studying business administration at the EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany), Sydney and Buenos Aires, Philipp Hartmann founded his first Start-Up together with Dr. Tobias Johann and Kai Hansen in 2007 (sportme – a social community for athletes). Since then, he has actively been involved in founding and developing more than 40 Start-Ups. As Managing Partner of the smart money investor Rheingau Founders, Philipp Hartmann supports portfolio companies in a financial, advisory and operational way and provides them with his extensive knowledge and experience in strategic marketing, sales and operations. Besides that, he shares his expertise as a speaker on conferences and network events around the globe, lecturer at various universities in Germany (e.g. European Business School, Munich Business School) and mentor at accelerator programs in Berlin (e.g. Techstars, Microsoft Ventures Accelerator).
The professional co-founder and early-stage investor “Rheingau Founders” was founded in 2011 and is located in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The team around Dr. Tobias Johann, Philipp Hartmann, Kai Hansen, Marius Weber & Johann Reich supports external founders of digital ventures as a professional partner, with a particularly focus on “insurtech”, “e-Health” & ”proptech”. Rheingau Founders not only provide the first and follow-on funding with up to 2.75 Mio. €, but also work alongside operationally as co-founders. The so-called “Rheingau Campus“ on Berlin’s busy Oranienstrasse offers the homebase for the ventures in the first two years of their founding phase. By supporting only 2-3 new ventures a year with the focus on creating innovative international business models, Rheingau Founders directs its focus on quality rather than quantity. Following their co-founding approach, Rheingau Founders actively accompanies founders at every stage – targeting a sustainable and trustful partnership along the way. Most recent highlights from the Rheingau Portfolio includes the Lieferando exit to Takeaway.com, followed by the biggest Tech IPO in 2016 (Takeaway.com > 1 bn US $), as well as the international roll-out and entry of Fortune500 in Portfolio firms at Simplesurance.
On top of getting objective advice from people who know what they’re talking about, so you can pivot or drop your idea before putting in too much blood, sweat and tears, we’re offering two weeks in our NO BULLSHIT LAB (https://www.gtec.center/no-bullshit-lab/) for the best presenters. This means free office space at our Berlin Campus in WeWork Potsdamer Platz, access to our immense network of entrepreneurs, mentors, experts and investors, and support from the GTEC Family.
Don’t miss out!
